Make Mine Freedom

"Make Mine Freedom" is the name of a 1948 cartoon produced by Harding College to illustrate some of the good aspects of our American way of life and the peril it faced at the time from Communism. It features one "Doctor Utopia" and his miraculous formula "Ism", which promises all things to all people, but ends up bringing nothing but slavery. Thence my own nickname for Barack Obama; Doctor Utopia.

I believe that America today faces no less a threat, indeed multiple ones both foreign and domestic. It is in the spirit of that excellent 1948 film that this blog is dedicated.
